Here is a list of all the vendors we're using, from save-the-date printer to dress shops. In the event you loved something you saw, we want to make sure these folks get more business because we think they're great! Check back later to see even more of the places we're picking!
David, THE Enchanted Florist, is an absolute dream. He has been fantastic at taking Karen's disjointed gibberish and turning it into bright and beautiful bouquets, arrangements, and everything else floral. David really got a great sense of both our styles. We know our flowers are in the best hands possible!
Adam is Karen's good buddy from a photo class back at UIUC. He does amazing work, photographing all kinds of awesome things from weddings to concerts to puppies. You can check out his fine work at his website or take a look at his sweet sweet blog. Adam is tons of fun and always captures the true feel of a moment- he knows exactly when to click that shutter!
We met our DJ Rich with Custom DJs at a wedding show at Ruffled Feathers. He has an incredible amount of experience in the biz, so we're happy to leave our awesome night in his hands. He outlined the whole evening for us and will keep things fun and organized all night long. Get ready to dance the night away!
We met also met our travel consultant, Laura of Viking Travel Service, at the RF wedding show. We met with her a few months later, and she helped sort through our vision for our honeymoon. She suggested some picturesque resorts and honed us in on Punta Cana with a great package. Laura was just absolutely wonderful to work with! We can't wait to plan our next trip with her.
We used LibbyJames.com to get our Save-the-Date magnets printed (they have lots of ready-made designs, but Karen put together our design). We loved the quality of the paper they use, and their customer service is truly stellar (Karen even emailed Libby herself back and forth a bunch of times). They also will send free samples!
We're excited to have Bella Sera Photo Booth at our reception! They'll be set up and ready to take some fun photo booth pictures for everyone, complete with fun props and a strip of 4 pictures! The folks at Bella Sera are super friendly and have one downright awesome booth. Make sure to check it out at the reception- it's a blast!
Karen ordered her gown from Eva's Bridal of Orland Park (at 94th Avenue and 156th Street). The ladies there were super friendly and helpful when she went to try on dresses. Her cousultant was Judy, who pulled Karen's perfect gown just off of a description of details she liked! Not to mention they don't mind you taking field trips to visit your gown!
